In order to give you the cheapest prices possible, does not have a showroom. We ship directly from our warehouse in Italy and Poland and deliver it right to your door via local courier service.

Deliveries offers a 10-Day Delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays) against a delivery charge that is calculated in your cart upon checkout. Once your order is ready for delivery, the courier will notify you with the delivery day and time. All deliveries are strictly to ground floor (unless otherwise advertised). Should the client require the courier to deliver the order again at a date and time to coincide with a lifter service, another delivery charge equivalent to the original charge will be issued and born by the client. Should a palletiser be required to deliver an order, the courier will deliver to the closest accessible area from the road. Super Heavy Items such as large items manufactured in concrete are delivered to roadside. Due to the nature of such items, deliveries will not be carried inside your property. Most of our orders reach our clients within 10 working days. We strive to keep our delivery times as short as possible, however sometimes we also suffer from delays, mainly due to weather conditions that limit our logistics.

Free Delivery

Free delivery applies only to the items marked with the label “Free Delivery”. Adding other items to the same cart may incur a deliver charge.

Storage Fee

Should the client not be able to receive the goods within 5 working days of the first notification, a storage fee will be levied.

Installations does not offer installation services.


Should you wish to return any item in your order, you may do so by advising us within 14 days from date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in pristine condition, unworn or unused, with tags/labels, and in its original packaging. Flat-packed items that are fully or partially mounted are not eligible for returns. Returns are subject to a Collection Charge (equivalent to the Delivery Charge).

Returns of tiles, parquet, laminate flooring, decking and similar products in the category of “Floors and Walls” can only be returned within the stipulated period and according to the terms mentioned in this page. Furthermore, these items can only be returned as a lot, according to the amount ordered and extra boxes or packages can not be accepted as returns even within the stipulated period.

Returns of items on order is not possible.

As per the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, cancellations and returns are accepted only from non-commercial clients. This means any natural person who, in contracts covered by this Directive, is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession. Clients placing an order with a VAT number will be treated as commercial clients.


Please ensure to check your items with our courier when they are delivered and let them know of any visible damages to the boxes. Any claims about damaged items should be submitted with photographic evidence to [email protected] within 3 days. We would require you to keep the original packaging in case of a claim. 

Use of harsh, abnormal or abrasive chemical cleaning products will void the warranty; please follow the guidelines provided for your proper maintenance of your product.

Damages to Mirrors and Glass is not liable for glass or mirror breakage, damage, failure due to misuse; or to acts of nature including wind, fire, flood or earthquake. The warranty does not cover damage caused through installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused through faulty design of your residence or business, careless handling, alteration, misuse, or misapplication. Breakage caused by settling of the architectural structure in which the glass or mirror is installed is not covered in the warranty. Use of harsh, abnormal or abrasive chemical cleaning products will void the warranty; please follow the guidelines provided for your proper maintenance of your product.

Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions. At the moment, accepts payments via:

  • Bank Transfer (SEPA Payment)

Your order is considered as confirmed upon receipt of funds. A digital VAT Receipt in PDF format is issued upon receipt of payment.


Requests for refunds may be placed through Refunds will be processed through the same payment method. We are not able to process a refund to a different account or through a different payment method.
